With a Computer Science Engineering degree, my plan was to build a career in software. Life had other ideas, and I landed in recruiting almost by accident. What started as a job to pay the bills turned into a career I genuinely love.
For nearly two decades, I've worked at the intersection of technology, people and problem-solving—helping companies build great teams and helping people find opportunities that can change their careers.
My journey has taken me across India, Canada, the U.S. and Europe, recruiting across Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI/ML, Product and Design. I've worked across staffing, consulting, banking, fintech, startups and enterprise software, partnering with everyone from engineers to senior technology leaders.
Along the way, I've also worked in Total Rewards, Talent Intelligence and Compensation Operations, giving me a broader perspective on talent strategy beyond recruiting.
Outside of work, I'm a chef at heart. I started cooking when I was 10 and still love it today. If recruiting hadn't worked out, there's a decent chance I'd be running a food truck somewhere. 😄
I'm Six Sigma and Scrum certified, but curiosity is probably the qualification I value most. At the end of the day, what I do is pretty simple: connect the right people with the right opportunities.

Partnering with technology leadership across Brokerage Engineering and Product. Helped build the Calgary technology hub from zero to approximately 40 hires in roughly four months, spanning engineering, mobile, product, infrastructure, AI and design.
Lead Talent Partner for SAP Labs supporting Waterloo, Palo Alto and Vancouver, with focus on SAP HANA, Data & Analytics and ML/AI Engineering. Later supported global Total Rewards work including EU Pay Transparency data, annual compensation review operations/testing and U.S. immigration.
Supported technical hiring across Marketing Cloud/Public Cloud and backend engineering.
Technology recruiting across RBC Digital and Global Technology & Operations environments.
